Once payment is made, it is considered final, and no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

There are no exceptions to the non-refundable policy, regardless of the circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Withdrawal from a program or course
• Cancellation due to personal reasons
• Changes in personal circumstances

• Visa denials
• Non-attendance

4. Cancellation of Programs

Islamic Resort Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program, course, or event due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases, Islamic Resort Centre will make every effort to provide alternative options or reschedule the program. However, if a suitable alternative cannot be found, Islamic Resort Centre will not be liable for any costs or damages incurred by the participant.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding payments, Islamic Resort Centre will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation and dialogue. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to abide by the applicable laws and regulations governing dispute resolution in the jurisdiction in which Islamic Resort Centre operates.
